Return Policy
Our return policy applies exclusively to defective or damaged items and is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
To qualify for a return:

- The item must be securely packaged. If the original packaging is unavailable, please use protective packing to prevent damage in transit.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.

- Final sale items or promotional purchases are non-returnable unless defective.
- Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
