At ZYRONO, we are committed to delivering your jewelry quickly, safely, and with the utmost care. Below is a breakdown of our shipping process.

  • Order Handling: All orders are processed within 4–6 business days (Monday through Saturday) before leaving our facility.
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, deliveries typically take 10 to 16 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s service.
  • Total Delivery Time: The estimated time from placing your order to receiving it is 14 to 22 business days (processing + transit).
  • Shipping Cost: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders. All U.S. domestic orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Shipping Carriers: To ensure your jewelry arrives securely and on time, we partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and local postal services.

Important Notes

  • Timeframes apply to orders shipped within the United States via standard shipping.
  • Delivery to military addresses may be limited or unavailable.
  • Certain products or conditions may require additional handling or delivery time.
  • Large orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses. These will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping does not apply to these orders.
  • Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan and update tracking details.
    If tracking shows no updates, it may still be in the carrier’s processing stage. Updates will appear once the package is scanned into their system.
  • If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you request address forwarding or redirection after the package has shipped, we are not liable for any resulting delays, loss, or damage.
